Those seats aren’t from a Caravelle, they’re from a Shuttle. The Caravelle uses sliding rails. But still, top video man.

so, am I right... Using the Rusty Lee double swivel/slider, I can't take the cables from heated seats/seat sensors through the plate? I presume the sliding mechanism would simply guillotine the cables. Also, I have a second row of seats, not a rock'n'roll bed, is there any point in fitting one of these, I think it would move the swivelled seat way too close??

How did you attach the o/s/r quarter panel ply? Did you add wood battens in the top section to stop it moving and fix it in place? Thanks

If installed a panal with screws. Are there any tips on hiding them ?

I didn't realise plywood flooring was screwed down into the floor. Does this apply to a VW T6.1? Do the end of the screws come out at the other end under the van or into a closed channel?

what grit sanding disc's do you normally use for the angle grinder to smooth off the rough edges? I've got 80 grit - is that too fine?

im thinking of buying a panel van and doing this as may be the cheaper option than buying a kombi. i have a 2 month old abby so need safe isofix also. also how doss this effect insurance and log book etc? ive written this before watxhing all video so may cover

This is pretty much EXACTLY what I'm doing. But I'm coating a u shaped frame from them with oil, and leaving the doors. The doors will be my accent colour and I'm going to stick vinyl on them. That way I can swap out the entire colour scheme in the future with ease.

Nice to see a quality brand roof tent that hasn’t gone to the 3 grand plus range. Used to be a cheap alternative to a pop top but lately not so much.

I have a 2019 Transporter to drive with work, went in to the garage and had this transit today, worlds apart. The transit felt better, drove better, was waaaaay quieter in the cab and all round felt much better. I drive auto due to an issue I now have, this is the only place the VW won as it has the DSG gearbox. I hope they don’t fix my van now and keep me in a transit!

If I buy a (fancy) batterybox (with USB and 12V), they always come with 2 screws (+/-) on the outside for the cables. If I buy your relay kit, how can I attach those cable to the box? I mean, your cables are for attaching directly to the battery and not to a box with screws. Do you know what I mean? :D I really want your relay, then I know it'll work. Or do you have another kit that will go to a box? Thank you!

The ev one will be as watch videos on the Aussie one coming and though no V2L it does have plug in the car. So just some smart wiring should have the battery accessible somewhat

When i removed mine i found some kind of sealant inside the rubber, should i use it when i place it back?

I have just watched your video and following it I was able to get the fridge back working on gas. There was a dead moth in between the spark and the gas jet. Thank you for your brilliant video. Happy camping car owner in France. 😊
